'Chakra Dhyana Sadhana', is a very powerful advanced spiritual technique practiced by Hindu sages with a history of more than five thousand years.
This practice is essentially focused on the seven vital 'chakras', or energy centers positioned along the length of our spinal column. Activation of these 'chakras' or energy centers, initiates the expansion of one's consciousness, moving from lower to higher states of existence in the planes of consciousness. This makes your body blissful and results in a feeling of wholeness.
About Meditation
Breathwork meditation involves consciously and mindfully changing your breathing patterns to improve relaxation. There are many reported benefits of breathwork meditation, from reducing stress and anxiety to improving sleep and mood. It may also help with the symptoms of certain physical illnesses.
Mindfulness meditation decreases activity in the default mode network (DMN), the brain network responsible for mind-wandering and self-referential thoughts – a.k.a., “monkey mind.” The DMN is “on” or active when we’re not thinking about anything in particular, when our minds are just wandering from thought to thought. Meditation helps to calm our busy mind and bring us to the present moment feeling only the joy and bliss.
Meditation helps us to speed up the frequency so it entrains the lower disorganized frequency back into coherence and orderliness, raising the frequency of matter or entraining matter to a new, more coherent mind. Once we enter to the subconscious mind, we reach our operating system - autonomic nervous system, that functions and controls all the centers. Meditation helps us to access the quantum field which is the space where anything is possible. In the quantum field, your thoughts and corresponding emotions create your reality.
